Went the other day to get my driver fixed and John B took excellent care of me. I couldn’t believe he was still in high school with his love of the game and deep knowledge of all things golf! Keep it up!

I was here the other day and was met with some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Blake was super friendly and offered to let me test some clubs out. He gave me really good advice towards what I should be looking for and what not to look for. He was extremely friendly and chatted with us casually as well. You don’t often find someone who is willing to put effort into interactions with customers so, when you do it sticks with you. Well done!

Bryce took all the time that I needed to get the best fit for me. He gave me a lot of insight into my swing and how to more consistently make good contact.

I was at Golf Town at Laird Ave, Toronto this morning. And was greeted by Tim who works in the club maintenance department at the rear of the store. I have to say he was extremely professional in his advise to, This is the first time I have been in a golf retail operation and been treated with respect and really took the time to hear my concerns without trying to immediately sell me a new set of clubs. He did take the time to explain to me that it's not my clubs that were the problem. So we came to the conclusion that it's my age that's affecting my club head speed. I did appreciate his candor and walk away with a 7 wood. I would recommend this staff to anyone looking for advice. Particularly Tim. Many thanks to the team.
