  Etobicoke store. A hard pass. I used studio X to get fitted for a new driver. Tyler the "expert fitter" was non responsive through most of the assessment but I needed a driver for an overseas trip . In hind sight I should have walked out that day. I was advised 2-3 weeks to get the new club. turns out that 6 weeks is much more accurate. The complete lack of service extended to my pick it up as well , Tyler wouldn't even acknowledge me in the pro shop, not sure if he was embarrassed by the lack of contact or that he had given me false information up front. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of communication and customer service. Based on this interaction, I would encourage others to carefully consider their options when purchasing from Golf Town. There is a desperate need for improved customer engagement and service standards at this location. Bottom line, find anyone other than Golf town to buy your equipment. I do not take leaving critical feedback lightly, but I hope this helps others make informed decisions.

  I had the privilege of getting a driver fitting from John Sheldon the master fitter at this location. One can clearly see the passion that John has for the game of golf. His expertise and knowledge of product is second to none. He is very patient and takes extra time in sharing his observations to help better one’s game.His honesty is displayed in the feedback that he provides. I would recommend John to anyone looking to improve their game!

  Make sure you check the scanned price before paying!! I used to live in Quebec, where has a higher tax rate than in Ontario, so I didn't realize anything wrong with the final paid price until I check the receipt. The scanned price was $3 higher. I went back to the store but was told that they recently adjusted the price because the gloves were upgraded to a newer version. They just forgot to change the price tag. They didn't offer any refund. Look... Having "new" on the package doesn't mean it's a newer version ... they are completely the same. And also, matching the price with the tag is the law.

  Had an excellent experience with expert golf fitter Sophie and instructor Richard. Sophie took care of my equipment needs efficiently and she was personable and friendly throughout. Richard helped me in the bay, and actually found a better suited demo driver for me. Great teamwork. Looking forward to seeing you both shortly!
