  I try to write positive reviews but too many times I have gone to this store and not been able to find someone to assist. Today I stood waiting to buy a driver that I didnt need to test. After waiting and not getting any help I went to the cash and politely asked for help. A gentleman came buy and the cashier asked him to help. He barely acknowledged me and said I'll be with you 5 and then walked away and over shoulder his shoulder said "or 10" I watched him walk around doing nothing so I left. Just wanted to give them $500 but they didn't seem to want it. Can we please get a new golf big box store in Canada?

  Just finished a club fitting with Josh Ferren from the Queensway Golftown location. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and gave me 5 options for drivers to choose from. Although I initially had my heart set on a Taylor Made Qi35, based on statistics after fitting, I elected to go with a Callaway Ai Smoke. Being my first custom fitting, the overall experience was quite positive and would highly recommend getting fitted with a club with him.

  I had an iron fitting with Tyler in the Studio X suite and was really impressed with the entire experience. After testing seven different iron sets, we were able to dial in the ideal club head, lie angle, shaft, and grip combination for my swing. It was money well spent, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend Studio X and Tyler if you're considering a fitting. Thanks again, Tyler!

  A poor experience on 3 separate occasions sadly. The fitting was ok ish but where customers are spending a significant amount of money, customer service is poor and attention to detail lacking in abundance. I had been advised on some wedges during the fitting, for the staff to then pick out afterwards with the incorrect composition vs what I was told I needed. On a second occasion I ordered some new irons, was called to be made aware they had arrived to then turn up to the store and find out that all of the irons had not in fact arrived. Lastly, the store attempted to sell me a new putter which had scratches and marks all over it with no discernable discount for wear & tear. It took me to highlight this fact rather than staff recognizing it shouldn't have been selling as new. The manager lacked empathy or any ownership for any of these occasions. Could be a great store...

  First time coming to this location and all I can say is I am flabbergasted at the high level of service and expertise from Mark. You’ll enter golf town looking for some help and you’ll leave having made a new friend. Golf town wouldn’t be golf town without Mark, friendly, knowledgeable, business owner and scholarship D1 basketball athlete. The man truly does it all! ‼️‼️💯
