  I had a wonderful experience today. I’m not from Ottawa but wanted to try out some putters before ordering online. The staff were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. I even called back later to get some clarification and customer service was phenomenal. Inventory was great. You could spend hours looking at everything and trying stuff out. I’ll definitely be back

  Extremely disappointing customer service. When we asked the manager about the availability of an item we wanted to purchase, we were dismissively told to “shop online.” If that’s the level of service customers can expect in-store, it’s no surprise people are choosing to shop elsewhere. We had intended to make an additional purchase as well, but after that interaction, we put it back and took our business elsewhere. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel like an inconvenience for asking a simple question. Very disappointing experience.

  Marty out of the train yards location pro shop is a stud. I had dropped my clubs off here after a poor service from the Gatineau location damaged my ferrules and he fixed them up - they basically look brand new. Big thanks to the manager that saw the issue and created a trouble ticket for me to have everything remedied at no additional cost - despite the issue not having originated from their shop to begin with. Speaks to the quality of service this team puts in. Off to golf again with my clubs - Cheers GT train yards Crew! 🏌️‍♂️

  I have shopped here many times for all my golf gear including clubs, balls, apparel and other golf related items. They always have good sales and reduced items for purchase. I like their large selection of golf shirts and short sets. The staff are always helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to assist you!
