  BIG Larry, a special thank you to the man that helped me find new irons and new driver. Amazing service and attention to detail the while time he helped me. 10/10 to the man the legend BIG Larry, he helped me with my swing listened to my needs and delivered an outstanding experience. Best visit to golftown i have ever had. Thank you Sir

  Update: The GM of the store reached out following my customer support note and helped coordinate a new fitting at no cost. Tyler's (GM) communication was prompt and thorough and he was flexible in providing options that worked for me for the second attempt. I don't write these reviews to receive anything, more to inform other consumers, so I wanted to make sure to provide an update to illustrate that there is care and attention being taken at the store leadership level. Thanks again, Tyler. ----------------------------------------- Putter fitting. Very underwhelming experience. Was taken to the mat where they sell putters. Had my loft and lie checked (was told 2* loft, lie standard) and then was asked to hold the test putter to determine length (38”). The “fitter” then pulled several putters off the shelves to have me hit - with the plastic on - none of which were the length that I was just fit for. After rolling 3 putts with 4 putters I was told the new PLD was the one I should get. No data taking, not many questions asked and no testing done with my alleged specs. Rep could not wait to start pushing the putters on sale, as opposed to conducting an actual analysis. 2 stars for being a nice guy, but was an absolute waste of money. I guess you get what you pay for.

  Total ripoff. They only offered me $380 to trade in my irons which was their 50% more offer? Sold them online no problem for 800 bucks. Then I was gonna buy a set of Titleist that were on sale on Canada Day. So I went in on Saturday to purchase them and they told me that that set was no longer on sale and they were asking retail again Two days later basically So I asked what you Honour the price and of course they said no. I hate having to deal with golf town. It’s the only place we can buy clubs really in Canada. If there was anywhere else I could go and buy golf clubs I would they are without a doubt, the biggest rip off. What a sad company they truly are

  I have nothing but amazing experiences every time I visit the Mississauga Golftown location. I am always greeted by a smiling and welcoming associate. A special call out to Kate! She always goes above and beyond to provide superior Customer Service which is very rare these days. Thanks GT!!!
