  Service was above and beyond, young staff, all very eager and helpful making for a pleasant experience. They have everything you need for golfing, making it a great one-stop outfitter. However, prices for standard items that you can easily pick up elsewhere were almost double in some cases which is why they don't get 5 stars.

  I had a great experience with purchasing a set with the help of Todd. He was friendly and very helpful and really knew his stuff when it came to recommending what set to go with. Was a great experience with the help of Todd.

  My boyfriend and I were shopping for a bag and some clubs, and while my boyfriend was in the simulator trying out some clubs, the guy who was doing the grips walked in and was extremely rude to us saying we can’t just grab things without asking. There are way nicer ways to talk to a customer, especially when everyone else was doing the same thing. Maybe it was because we look young or because we were not dressed fancy, but when I told him nicely not to talk to us that way, he walked away and started talking to someone else and completely ignored us. Very unprofessional and rude. We told the manager on duty, who was nice, but we know nothing will happen, we left all the items we were ready to purchase and we will not be coming back after the way we were treated. I believe his name was Ash.

  Purchased a mini driver from Todd at the Britannia Mississauga location He was excellent, knowledgeable took time for me to try different clubs Would highly recommend Todd and Golf town
