  Had a recent great experience at this golftown location with Kacper. He was super knowledgeable, patient and gave excellent customer service on my recent club purchase. He clearly knows his stuff and doesn't pressure you into a potential bad fit. Will definitely visit again to get fit by him. Cheers

  Had an excellent experience at Heartland Golftown yesterday. Staff member Ethan took the time to assist me with my driver selection...it was like a mini fitting. He is quite knowledgeable and guide me to the right club that fit my swing.

  Visited this location yesterday and had an overwhelming, incredibly positive experience (compared to another GT location). Went in for re-gripping information and not only left with more than enough knowledge on the process and pricing but picked up new shoes, balls and other accessories. I dealt with 3 different associates and the manager of the store and was not only treated with kindness, but respect and professionalism. This location is not the closest to where I live, but would not hesitate to drive the extra distance for the customer service they provide. I’ll definitely be back!

  As a high-handicap golfer, it can be intimidating trying clubs, but Todd at Golf Town made the experience easy and enjoyable. He was patient, gave me space to try different drivers, and helped me find the right fit. I came in expecting to buy a newer, more expensive driver, but thanks to his recommendation, I ended up with a SIM2 Max that I hit better than anything else I tried. The week before, Casper gave me the same relaxed, no-pressure experience while helping with irons. Great service, knowledgeable staff, and a great place to get fitted without feeling pressured into a purchase.
