  Had a great time getting fitted with Raymond who helped make me feel comfortable and provided a lot of information, advice and expertise during my fitting! He carefully explained each detail, what he's looking out for and what areas we need to improve by swapping to different shafts, clubs, etc. Very patient and attentive, walked away with some fitted Mizuno M15s and could not have been happier!

  Lousy customer service. Year after year I have been buying golf stuff from this shop. Every year, price goes up and they have always looked for ways to gauge their clients. I need grips to be out on. They wanted extra money to deliver the next day. A ten minutes job and they want to charge more! Ridiculous.

  I visited your store to return a golf bag, but I had a very unpleasant experience with one of your staff member the girl with red highlights. When we arrived, the employee stood still and told us to take the bag out of the box ourselves and hand over the box. She did not offer any help or assistance. However, about 10 minutes later, while we were waiting in line again, another customer came in to return a similar golf bag. This time, the same employee accepted both the box and the bag without asking the customer to do anything. Is it because her manager was working right beside her? How is that fair? This inconsistent and unhelpful service was frustrating and felt unfair. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter.

  I agree with many of the reviews said the staff is rude and dismissive. I was there a couple of time in the last few weeks…first of all both times at the front desk , 2 different girls rude and acted as if they had no idea how to look after a customer. I probably won’t come back to this location. I will Lance the manager is a great a man. Nothing like the ladies in the front
