  You’ll find what you want there but the service is genuinely terrible. Avoid dealing with one of the younger kids because they couldn’t care less.

  Fred set me up with a new driver and 3 other clubs . No upsell . Patient , helpful and kind and clearly an expert . Please let him know that his help was much appreciated and I will be telling my friends that he's the " go to guy " at Golf Town .

  Been quite a few times as they are sort of just who is in town. Generally very poor customer service. Employees are not unfriendly, but have no desire to actually help you get what you need and expect you to do all the work. They have basically nothing in stock if you have a reasonably high swing speed. They are weirdly dysfunctional and can't even do basic operations like ordering and holding stock in from their own online store. On several occasions I have gone in looking to spend several hundred dollars on golf equipment and found them somehow unable to part my from my money. Just embarrassingly poor execution as a business. Their pro shop is serviceable. Basically all the downsides of an online storefront with all the downsides of an in person shop and none of the upsides.
