  The staff at golf town london is amazing! We’d like to hugely thank Brock for his generous time and providing his expertise in helping us find the perfect clubs. And many thanks also to Kim for helping us place a custom order. They were so kind and patient and helpful with us through the whole process. Truly recommend going to them !   The Good - nice store layout and some nice products, pretty clean. Some of the staff are very helpful. The Bad - I bought a full set of clubs that was explained to me as a mid-higher end begginer set of clubs. I took them out to the driving range and the irons and hybrids were usable. The woods were AWFUL, they sound terrible, feel cheap and don't look great. The putter is so laughably bad, its like they took it out of a cheap mould and slapped some plastic on it and called it good. I took out half of the clubs and put an old Taylormade 1 wood and my old ass blade putter back in the set so its playable. If I could return everything I would do it, alas my impulse to buy a shiny new set of clubs has been ruined. Please do your own research and think about your purchase when you come here. You are SOL if you don't like something. I don't fell comfortable selling the clubs that are bad because they are SO BAD. Buyer beware getting into Golf. The retail side of it is price gouging. The set i got was Tour Edge TE-400. I was aware they weren't great, but i thought, how bad could it be? Good luck to you.

  I went to checkout and paid for my purchases by tapping and the machine read approved but no sales receipt came out to show proof. Sales person insisted my credit card did not go through so I asked for manager whose name is Tony who said will you will have to check your account on your phone and repay. I had to go all the way back to where I am staying to get access and yes it went through. I had to drive all the way back to the store. He did not ask to see my proof and decided he would give me a refund . It was very embarrassing, time consuming, and costs gas. I think they are running a scam. You should be ashamed of yourselves for hiring such people. I should contact the police. I wonder how many other people they have ripped off
