  Purchased a new set of irons from the Kitchener store. the service from the person who helped me try the clubs to the manager of the store that corrected an issue with my purchase was fantastic. Would highly recommend this Golf Town location over any other.

  Horrible service! I have been lied to for weeks after booking a full club fitting over 6 weeks ago and completing and order my clubs. I was told 2-3 weeks originally. After 6 weeks of me calling all they ever have to say is “nothing yet wait until we call you”. Not one person seems to actually care if the customer is happy 5 minutes after they leave.

  I had a phenomenal experience at Golf Town in Kitchener! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and easy to approach. They took the time to answer my questions without ever being pushy, which made for a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience. A special shoutout to Miguel, the manager, who was on top of everything. His leadership was evident, and he made sure customers were well taken care of. The store also had great sales, great prices, and an outstanding team. It's refreshing to find customer service like this. I look forward to coming back for my next golf purchase. Highly recommended!
