  I love coming to this golf town. Shannon is an awesome Manager. Jon B, Andrew and Josh have always been helpful anytime I have went it. Always on time with regripping and repairs as well.

  Not a good experience. I went in looking for some golf pants. Looked around for about 10 minutes didn't see anything I liked, I saw a few pants on the website that I liked but couldn't find them in store. Nobody came over to help me. Two ladies were behind the counter very busy talking to each other and a gentleman was processing customers at the other end of the counter so he was busy working. Sad because I've had good service there before.

  Scott Allen helped me in StudioX Kitchener Waterloo today. He was fantastic, knowledgeable and helped me find a driver that worked significantly better than my current one. I have had a few fittings through Golf Town in past (St Catherines and Ancaster) but the StudioX fitting felt more complete and was an amazing experience. Will definitely be recommending everyone to Scott and StudioX! Scott was thorough and you can tell he loves what he does! The trade in bonus was great and helpful and very worth it on my existing driver. Thank you so much for the great experience and excited to pick up my club next month!

You can tell he really cares about his work and is passionate about curating a custom golf club-fitting experience. Some of the most attentive and professional golf service I have ever experienced!

  Stopped in to pick up some golf apparel as someone who’s pretty new to the game, and Simona made the experience way more comfortable than I expected. I wasn’t totally sure what I needed, but she walked me through different options, explained what works best on the course, and helped me find pieces that looked good and felt great. Never felt judged or pressured just genuinely helpful advice. I left with a few items I’m really happy with. Thanks!!
