  Had a full bag analysis done. It was a busy day and he was distracted and didn’t charge me which I thought was fair. But then never got my results of the fitting. Emailed about 10 times and not even a response. Disappointed. Would not recommend as now I have to waste another hour finding another club fitter.

  This is my second fitting with Scott Allen (putter and wedges) and he was great with both. He has a great knowledge base and answered all my questions, he took his time explaining his rationale for his answer. He pushed back when my thoughts were a little off base. I’ll be back for irons next, I highly recommend Scott for anyone wanting a fitting.

  Customer service at this location can be hit or miss. Came in to try on a pair of shoes from a certain brand before ordering it from their site as they didn’t have the specific model I wanted in store and the gentleman helping me was not pleased.

  I had a full bag fitting with Scott Allen at Studio X in Waterloo today. Scott spent close to 4 hours with me going through irons, wedges, driver, fairways, hybrids and putter. We ended up finding improvements on 12 of my 14 clubs. I was impressed that Scott didn’t try to promote getting the two clubs where we didn’t see improvement- he let the data tell the story. We were also able to stick with manufacturers shaft options and stay away from more exotic products which would cost considerably more. Scott’s knowledge and enthusiasm for his job were very evident. A great experience!

  Went in for a Driver fitting session, left with much more. Gotta give a big shout out to Scott for going above and beyond. The main purpose of my visit was to get an aftermarket shaft for a recent off the rack driver purchase. My old driver was fit for me, and after years of play developed a crack near the hosel. The new driver was good but not perfect, I left with the same feel and confidence in the club as I did with my old Driver. That in and if itself would be worth the 5 stars. But throughout the fitting, our conversation went beyond the scope of driver shafts. We talked about gapping through the bag, grip size fittings, ball fittings, through and through Scott was great! It was awesome to be able to pick the brain of a golf nerd, and I truly feel as confident in the state of my bag as I have in many years. Kudos Scott, I cant wait to put the new and improved Big-Stick in play!
