  We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Bowlero and the day was a huge success! The hosts, Bella and Jaimie, were absolutely amazing. They were so kind, attentive, and made sure everything was running smoothly and that the birthday girl was happy. Birthday girl and her friends had such a great time, especially in the arcade area. They were serious competition on the air hockey machine and had so much fun with the photo booth. 😂 Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we really appreciated how well Bella and Jaimie took care of everything. Thank you for helping make her 13th birthday so special!

  We celebrated our daughter’s 15th birthday at Bowlero with her friends, and everyone had an amazing time! The atmosphere was fun and energetic, the bowling lanes were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the party. Everything was well organized, which made the experience stress-free for us as parents. The kids had so much fun laughing, bowling, and making memories together. Thank you, Bowlero, for helping make her birthday so special!

  This is my 4th year keeping my Son's Birthday Party at Bowlero and this was one of the better experiences. All the kids had fun and the parents were very happy as well. The Manager and the Host were both very helpful and attentive and the clean up Team and everyone working that shift was very accommodating. We will definitely be back for more Birthday Parties. My Son was very happy

  POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We called twice and they said there is unlimited bowling from 8 PM. Upon reaching they told us it starts at 9 PM and we came all the way from Oakville and instead of apologising, the lady says I understand. I understand what?!

  Avoid this place if you actually want to bowl. We visited this past weekend, and it was easily the worst bowling experience we’ve had to date. This venue feels like a casual restaurant that happens to have a lot of lanes, rather than a functional bowling alley. The main issues: Malfunctioning Equipment: The lane was constantly glitching. Pins wouldn't reset properly, and the equipment would randomly reset at times as we bowled. Indifferent Staff: When we reported the issues to the counter, the staff showed zero interest in helping. They took our lane number but never showed up. When I tried to offer feedback on my way out, the employee literally wouldn't even listen. Completely unprofessional. Cramped & Congested: There are 40 lanes packed tightly together. When the place is full, you have absolutely no personal space—it’s incredibly uncomfortable and overcrowded. I can’t comment on the food since we didn't order any, but as far as bowling goes, the maintenance and service are bottom-tier. Save your money and go elsewhere.
