  Purchased a brand-new set of golf clubs and when they arrived, one of the clubs was incorrect. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, customer service was rude and dismissive, telling me that “6 inches wouldn’t make a difference” with the club. That response alone was unacceptable considering I paid for a new matching set. After speaking with a manager, the solution was even more frustrating — I now have to wait for a return box, send the entire set back, wait for them to receive it, and only then will they ship a replacement set. So because of their mistake, I’m left without clubs and dealing with a long unnecessary delay. Very disappointed with both the customer service and how this issue was handled.

  Came in looking for a new set of irons. Paige was super helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find exactly what i needed and Wesley was very knowledgeable in helping me decide which set was best for me.

  Went for an iron fitting and was paired up with Abe. It was an exceptional experience and I will definitely return for a driver fitting with him.

  John and Matthew were very helpful and kept coming back to check on me as I was testing clubs. I left with a new set of irons and was very happy with the honesty and attention to detail as they were helping me find the perfect set of clubs.

  In twice on same day. Was there to buy shoes for grandson and new driver. No acknowledgement except have a nice day when we were leaving. Back to on line service!
