  Got to the store at 5:58pm, to pick up a club my husband dropped off to have fixed and the doors were already locked… I just think it’s very poor customer service to lock the doors before the store is closed at 6pm. It’s extremely frustrating especially when you don’t live in the area. We would have been out by 6pm since we just needed to pick up the club, we already paid for the repairs when we dropped it off. Please do better.

  The girl with the red hair and the trainee Hanna were extremely unhappy to be there. there demeanour was extremely negative and also did not once try to converse with us in a friendly “customer service” way. it was like we were bothering them to be there.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience today at Golf Town Barrie, thanks to John, who I believe is the store manager. I came in with an issue that actually stemmed from a mistake I had made at a different Golf Town location. John took the time to listen, understand the situation, and went completely above and beyond to help me resolve it. Not only did he fix the issue quickly and professionally, but he didn’t charge me for any of his time or effort. In a world where great customer service seems increasingly rare, John reminded me what exceptional service looks like. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating experience into an incredibly positive one. Because of John, I won’t be shopping at any other Golf Town location. The level of customer care I received today earned my loyalty, and I can’t thank him enough. Thank you, John, and thank you Golf Town Barrie for having people like him on your team.

  Wesley was extremely helpful when I was looking for a new set of irons. This being my first set, he fit me, made excellent recommendations and was simply delightful in his service. I would absolutely come back to this store if Wesley were to help me.
