  Amateur hour at Golf Town. I’ve had grips installed at this location before and specifically requested standard-size grips. When I picked up my clubs, about half of them had midsize grips installed instead, and several weren’t even aligned properly. Today was even more frustrating. I called ahead to place three wedges on hold. The staff member confirmed they were in stock and told me he’d set them aside. He also said that because inventory was low, he would call me if they were missing one. I never received a call. I even tried calling the store four times to confirm everything was there, but nobody answered. Since I wasn’t contacted, I assumed everything was good to go. When I arrived, an employee brought out only two wedges. When I asked about the third, I was told it was never in the back to begin with. The issue isn’t just that the wedge wasn’t available—it’s that I was told I would be contacted if there was a problem, and nobody bothered to call. I made the trip expecting a complete set because that’s what I was led to believe. To make matters worse, there wasn’t a single apology for the inconvenience. Thankfully they were able to order the missing wedge online, but the overall customer service experience was disappointing. Based on my experiences, I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you have other options.

  Had a wonderful visit to Golftown Ancaster today. Great staff (knowledgeable) thanks to John Luca or Luka, not sure on the spelling but he was really helpful and got me a better deal on what I originally came for. I will always purchase my golf equipment and attire from here.

  Went to the Ancaster store looking for irons for my son. Luca walked us thru with guidance , knowledge on brands , confidence and honesty. Be sure to ask for Luca when hitting Ancaster sounds like he is fairly new and clearly a great asset for the team there.

  I must say I had the most incredible experience at this store. Emily and Graham went above and beyond as far as customer service goes and their enthusiasm for what they do really shined through. Thank you for helping me out and for sizing my club! Hit some great shots with it shortly after (yes I waited 20 minutes 😂⛳️🫶🏾). Anyways good luck to Graham with his future kitchen creations 😂 and to Emily as she goes to play competitive golf south of the border!! Crush it down there kiddo! Thank you again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I ordered a custom club for my golf vacation, unfortunately it was delayed and did not arrive before I left. Thank you to Sarah for going the extra mile to ensure I was looked after, great Customer Service!
