  I went in today to buy a complete set of clubs, the Qi4 TaylorMade edition. I received the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time as a customer buying anything. Big thanks to Luke who was so helpful and friendly. The check out experience was also fantastic with two young women who were super friendly. Thanks Golf Town!!!

  Don’t bother shopping at Golf Town Dartmouth if you wear XXL or bigger tops They bring in very little, if anything, bigger than an XL. In the pre Golfsmith days, they use to carry a good selection of the larger sizes. Since then, very little in the bigger sizes are carried. They don’t see sales of the larger sizes, because they don’t have very much to sell Yet, if you look at the clearance racks over 50% of the shirts are size Small. Buyers are not doing a good job for us big people 😩

  Had an excellent iron fitting with John Clark yesterday, which I would recommend for anyone looking to buy new clubs. John's product and overall golf knowledge is invaluable!

  I wanted to recognize the outstanding experience I had at Golf Town in Dartmouth Crossing, NS thanks to Chris Graham and his incredible staff. I had the privilege of coaching Chris Graham years ago in baseball, and it had been many years since I had seen him. What stood out immediately was that he is still the same kind, respectful young man I remembered only now grown into an impressive leader with an incredible work ethic. He runs the store with professionalism, knowledge, and genuine respect for customers. You can immediately tell the staff enjoy working there because everyone is welcoming, patient, and eager to help. I also want to give special recognition to John, who did my golf club fitting. I had never been through a fitting before and honestly felt a little intimidated going in, but John immediately put me at ease. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. Whether you’re an experienced golfer or just getting started, the team takes the time to answer questions honestly and make sure you leave with exactly what you need, never pressured, always supported. Excellent customer service is becoming harder to find these days, but Chris, John, and the entire staff truly stand out. Dartmouth Crossing Golf Town is fortunate to have such a strong team representing them. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for knowledgeable service and a great overall experience.

  I find the staff at Dartmouth Golftown very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They have helped me on a couple occasions to find the right clubs. I recently visited the store looking for a new fairway wood. They let me try a few different models in one of their simulated bays and after watching my swing pattern recommended a club that matched my swing pattern. They were very friendly and at no time was I pressured to buy a club. Based on this experience , I have returned multiple times in the last month to purchase a new set of irons, a driver and another fairway wood.
