  Third time I've been in this store and it will be the last, and here is why; 1st time I go to buy pair of boots and after looking and standing around for what is longer than it should be I finally get help. That's fine these things happen 2nd time; My wife is looking at backpacks and I start having a conversion with a customer over the collapsible chairs, very light easy conversation, then a staff member wanders up and joins in, again all fine, but the focus of his conversation was getting kind of personal with this poor random women, asking about is she single and what she does for a living, she working in the music industry, and she was not comfortable. 3rd time, and this is the one that ha left me angry. I enter looking for trail runners with my wife for my wife. Again, staff ignore her I approach and ask for help and I'm told "I'm going home now,I will get someone" again fine BUT this guy then proceeds to serve another person and his replacement ignores us. Way too many pork customer services incidents for me to spend anymor here in future

  The manger here is definitely misinformed and is verry unprofessional when it comes to shoe sizing and the hat locations have drive 2 hours for nothing

  Will make it seem impossible to purchase without a membership. After i denied having an email or number they made it a huge inconvenience. Do not go here if you have social anxiety. Because apparently the word no doesn’t apply to them.
