  I recently worked with Chad on a group electric bike rental (18 people) and the customer service was spectacular. I work on events very consistently and I don’t often run across people that are this easy to work with but also willing to give good service. We were familiar with the area prior to coming down and Chad took the time to have a couple of phone calls with me along with some details on the town along with a route and recommendations to local wineries. Highly, highly recommend renting bikes with them and doing this while in Los Olivos. It was a hit with our team. Thanks so much, Chad.

  I was interested in doing a wine tour with another company, but was unable to get booked as a solo traveler as their reservations require two or more guests. I attempted to just rent a bike from them only to find out that the owner was out of town and the bike shop was closed. Pedego was the next closest bike shop which ended up turning into such a wonderful experience. I showed up a couple minutes after they opened (without a reservation) and Sam promptly greeted me and set me up with my first electric bike. He took the time to show me a couple different routes to do my own wine tour and even gave me his phone number in case anything went wrong. Overall a great experience and would 100% rent from them again!

  Sam had the best customer service. We arrived a little late and he let us keep the bikes longer than the time allotted with no extra charge. He also gave very customized recommendations and even called me the day before to ask how tall we were so he could have the bikes ready. The bikes were amazing and such a great way to see the area. Would absolutely recommend

  Amazing ! You should take this tour! I’ve never had as much fun as on these pedego evokes! This is definitely the best way to get around from winery to winery ! I highly recommend this company !!!!!!!!

  Great customer service with a keen eye for detail. I will never Vacation here again without having at least one day planned with the Pedigo bikes. Fun and easy to ride. They give you a more naturally relaxing and interactive experience touring around. I highly, highly recommend.
