Didn’t bowl, but it looked fun.
Went there for lunch with a groups of 5. Waitress was nice, but food took way too long for a mostly empty place. Everyone received their food, except me. All I ordered was the grilled chicken Cesar salad. Manager admitted he delivered to the wrong table. Took nearly an hour for the new one to be made. Eventually requested it to go to only find that no dressing was provided.
Despite manager’s mistake, he didn’t even offer to comp the salad for the wait and for fact that my entire family ate and I did not.
Customer service is extremely deficient.

I attended a private corporate holiday party here tonight, and while the venue itself is nice and well maintained, the staff behavior was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.
Right at the entrance, the security guard wanding guests was on his phone, didn’t greet anyone, and mumbled “Take everything out of your pockets.” When I asked if he meant just metal, he snapped and yelled, “I SAID EVERYTHING!” That was the first red flag.
The front desk attendant was polite and directed us to the Lux Lounge, and once inside the space itself was great. The bartenders were friendly. Unfortunately, the girl with piercings who was replenishing the buffet was consistently rude and dismissive.
Then came 9:15 PM and things went completely off the rails.
Apparently we were “leaving too slowly,” because a manager stormed into the room and began screaming directly in guests’ faces. This was a corporate holiday event — no one was drunk, loud, or causing issues. The manager got within inches of people’s faces, yelling at them to leave and move into the lounge. He did this to every single guest in the room.
At 9:18, while people were literally putting their coats on, he continued screaming. One woman calmly asked why he was yelling at the top of his lungs, and his response was:
“Because you people don’t know how to listen!”
The buffet staffer then followed his lead, physically pushing people away from food that was still out while guests were filling their to-go boxes.
No one said goodbye. No “thank you.” No professionalism. Nothing.
This entire experience reeks of terrible management. A place can look nice, but when management treats paying guests like garbage — especially at a private corporate event — it speaks volumes. Based on how guests were spoken to and handled tonight, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this venue to anyone hosting an event.

Had a ball with colleagues BUT , yes BUT , the restrooms were torn down, hanging in a block. I assume there was a brawl in the first stall. Lol. All and all, the food was good and Fitz the manager was attentive to our (over 30 + guests) Go Fitz!
