Rumble Boxing Long Beach is a boxing-inspired fitness boutique that combines the science of boxing with the transformative power of strength training. Each class is a 45-minute, high-octane 10 round fight with HIIT, metabolic conditioning, and the benefits of cardio in one seamless class. No two workouts are the same—so you'll never get bored—and the classes are beginner friendly so you can rumble at your own pace. ** Located on the Marina side next to Active Culture.
Absolutely love this place! The setup somehow feels like an unsupervised private session. You can train to your discipline or more of the tempo of the room, but the lighting and format definitely allows you to choose.
Good vibes, great tunes and amazing coaches who are always there to motivate and improve your skill level 🤍 So much fun to punch a bag for some well deserved stress relief, too. 🥊

I used to be a huge gym rat and then covid happened. I filled my house with the full gamut of gym equipment and had a little interest in signing up for a public gym again. One day, I strolled by Rumble, and it was something new to the area and a concept I hadn’t tried before. My friend and I took a free first class, and I immediately bought a set of classes that same day - eventually upgrading to an unlimited membership. I’ve been there for over a year now and feel so much stronger.
It’s a nice balance of weight training and intense cardio. The layout is great - half of the room is set up with individual benches, and each person has their own set of weights (no scrambling around the gym to snag weights from a shared rack). The other half of the room is individual aqua punching bags. Time is split equally between weights and bags. They project the workouts on the wall so it’s easy to see the set of moves you have to do. The coaches are dynamic and involved. I also appreciate that the class is done in dimmed lighting, so introverts - this one’s perfect for you.
It took me a bit of time to learn the punches, but trust me - once it clicks, it’ll stimulate your mind and make you fast & strong. When you go all out, it kicks your a$ too! It’s good for boxing enthusiasts but also for people who just want to get a great upper body and cardio workout. I can’t recommend Rumble Boxing enough!
Lastly, I love the community that has developed there. They feel like family and have become friends. Thanks Brandon, Adam, & Daniel in the front and all of the coaches in the room!

This is a great workout spot! I used to come through Classpass but I fell in love with the workouts and boxing, so I canceled my Classpass and got a monthly membership through Rumble. Highly recommend trying it out! Very beginner friendly.

Rumble boxing is THE place for a results-oriented fun and spirited HIIT workout. Show up and you’ll be rewarded. It’s so much fun, reasonably priced and focused. It’s like Cub scouts—you get out what you put in. 🤣😊
The trainers are enthusiastic, friendly and approachable. They direct well during the workouts, giving encouragement and genuine & helpful feedback. I’ve had only positive experiences there and I’m happy to contribute my journey to my next goal of completing 250 classes…
