The actual place is pretty cool but the lanes are terrible quality and the pins are string which ruins the experience almost impossible to bowl

Clean, new machines, and super fun. Our kids love coming! They don’t let you bring in outside food and drink but they provide water cups.

Fun vibes with music, video wall and neon house & bowling pin lights.
Food service was excellent on a Wednesday night. Waitress was very attentive. Kiosk ordering took too long and ended placing with waitress. Pizza was 12", tasty but expensive. A bottle of white wine is $39. Wings were average. French fries were excellent.
Napkins provided but would be better with wet wipes because of handling the pizza, fries and wings while bowling.
Only two lanes were used out of 40 at 6pm. Rental Shoes were above average and in good shape.
Bar area had one couple that evening.

This bowling alley is really nice, but they totally screwed me on the price for one game. If you walk in they charge you by the game, not by the hour, and have INSANE rates. We had 5 people play one game, which took us maybe 40 minutes, and it cost almost $100 for that ONE game.
I looked online and found out that I could have just reserved a lane for 2 hours for almost the same price. I also called to talk to a manager about this terrible experience and they said a manager would call me back, which they never did. I guess I’m not surprised.
I’m very disappointed because I’m a local who lives right down the street and I would NOT go back to this place. If you go, make sure you book ahead online or you’re going to get ripped off.
Update: lucky strike reached out in the comments saying to email them to resolve. I emailed them and didn’t hear anything back. Needless to say I won’t be going back or recommending to my friends & family.
