  This bowling alley is really nice, but they totally screwed me on the price for one game. If you walk in they charge you by the game, not by the hour, and have INSANE rates. We had 5 people play one game, which took us maybe 40 minutes, and it cost almost $100 for that ONE game. I looked online and found out that I could have just reserved a lane for 2 hours for almost the same price. I also called to talk to a manager about this terrible experience and they said a manager would call me back, which they never did. I guess I’m not surprised. I’m very disappointed because I’m a local who lives right down the street and I would NOT go back to this place. If you go, make sure you book ahead online or you’re going to get ripped off.

  The staff was great but the string pin bowling (where the pins are attracted to strings...because it's cheaper to maintain) is awful. Had 5 splits in a 10-frame game. For that kind of cost (this place is very expensive) you would have thought you'd get real bowling.Was excited to try it but it's 1 and done for this place.

  I grew up in LM and had an old bowling ally that was just a walk to the end of the culdesac and across the street. So my family and friends bowled a lot back in the day. I had seen a few of what I thought were modernized bowling ally over the last decade, but WOW... From the sign outside, to the amazing lighting, fixtures, colors, design, etc. I was blown away at Lucky Strike, Ladera Ranch! The lane was great, the service was on point, and we had a great time. Definitely going back!

  Lucky Strike was such a good choice for the family to let off steam over the holidays Especially with all the rain, we were cooped up in the house The managers and wait staff were so helpful and the facilities and restrooms were clean to use Thank you Lucky Strike for a fabulous experience!!!!!

  This place and staff are simply amazing!! Heather was our server and she didn’t miss a beat - prompt, courteous, professional and every order came out perfect with zero mistakes!! The Assistant Manager, Greg, was also amazing! He accommodated our group with open arms and made the night extra special - he’s one of the BEST managers I’ve come across in the service industry in a very long time. Another Operations Manager, Maunia, was spot on, as well!! She didn’t miss a beat and did everything possible to make this evening extra special. Thank you, team, for a great and memorable night - we will be back.
