  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pedego La Jolla is truly one of a kind I stopped by Pedego La Jolla to visit one of my besties and I ended up leaving with not only a great pair of Shokz headphones but an even greater appreciation for this shop. The moment you walk in, you feel the difference the atmosphere is welcoming, the store is spotless, and the customer service is on a level you just don’t see anymore. Tracy was absolutely amazing. She has this rare combination of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care that makes you feel like you’re in the best hands possible. She took the time to help me, made everything easy, and made the whole experience feel personal and fun. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. If you’re in Birdrock Jolla and need anything Pedego — or just want to experience what exceptional customer service feels like — this is the place. Tracy and her team make it unforgettable!!!

  I had such a positive experience dealing with Pedego Electric bikes in La Jolla. I’ve never owned - or even ridden - an electric bike before and had a bunch of questions. Their style was more focused on giving information so that I could make a decision about what was right for me rather than being salesy. First, they helped me understand the different types of electric bikes that are out there, and I decided that the best type for me was a commuter style. Then they showed me some different options in my price range and gave me the positives and negatives of each. What was nice was that they had quite a few different models and manufacturers to choose from. Then, it was time for me to test three different electric bikes. Since I had never been on one before, they gave me an understanding of how to ride and be safe. I felt really comfortable taking them out for a test ride. One of the bikes was absolutely right for me. It just felt very comfortable and had the options that I needed within the context of my buying decision. I purchased it on the spot. While I’ve only had it for 24 hours at the time of this review, I wanted to convey how highly I recommend this store. By the time I got my bike, I had met everyone who worked there, and they were all additionally helpful in providing different, unique perspectives. Such a pleasure to do business with them! Highest recommendation
