  It took 90 minutes to get boots and skis on a Saturday morning after showing up at 9:30 am with a reservation. The staff was doing their best, but they're not set up to efficiently or quickly process the volume of people coming in at peak times. Show up early or rent elsewhere if you want to actually ski on the day you bought your lift ticket.

  The staff here goes above and beyond!!! Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. I came into the shop in a rattled state after having issues with my personal skis. I had an excellent expert assessment from the repair shop manager, Ryan. While I was in a fragile state, Jenny T. and Culese were incredibly kind and took care of me to help me get back on my feet. Highly highly recommend the Kirkwood ski repair shop and rentals and am so grateful for their compassion and care while also providing excellent service!
