  I was very pleasantly surprised at how polite the staff was, they explained everything to us well, showed us, and told us where to go! They found us a suitable outfit, helped us to put it on, and it was obvious that all this was done from the heart! We were pleasantly surprised by such service ! I hope the management will thank all the staff for their quality work , January 31, 2025.

  These folks have set me up for success every time. Well, there was that one time that didn’t work out so well but we got it fixed right away. It’s a mix of art and science and sociology. The S. Americans who work here don’t always have it together but they’ve always been eager to get you to the finish line. Unless their staring at their phones. Maybe I should knock it down to three stars but… There are several folks in there that are rock stars. Or snow stars…. Stay off the rocks.

  The staff here is way too good at what they do. I came here to get a tune up on my board and 10 min later I was back on the mountain. Outstanding job guys.
