Immediately we were greeted by one of the owners, Sarah, who was so incredibly kind and helped us with all of our questions. We were paired up with Ro as our guide, and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient, we immediately knew we were in good and capable hands. Neither my partner or I had ever been white water rafting before, and I was pretty nervous about it since I am not able to swim (I sink like a rock). The PPE they gave us was a literal lifesaver; the life vest and helmet actually made me feel safe enough to JUMP INTO THE RAPIDS!!! Being not just allowed but encouraged to dip into the water, float, dive, and jump was an amazing experience. Absolutely thrilling!! They even offer photos that Sarah takes from the side after one of the big rapids (which were gorgeous, and we bought!) Ro was so knowledgeable about the local wildlife, and had such an appreciation and reverence for the area. We were on the water for about 4 hours, and we had such amazing conversation the whole time. They even gave us snacks!! Fresh watermelon, chips and homemade salsa, and even some home baked chocolate chip cookies, special for my partner ans I’s anniversary. 💝 This was an absolutely amazing experience, totally out of my comfort zone in the best way possible. PLEASE go if you get the chance, and if you see Ro, say hello and know she is an AMAZING guide!!

Our guide was amazing and everything about the trip was perfect (including the awesome snacks half way through). Felt totally safe and cared for the whole way through, would totally recommend 100%. And as a side note there are pictures taken at one of the class 3 rapids and they turned out amazing and you can buy them for a very reasonable price. Book with them, you will have no regrets!
