  Not only a great gym, but also ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ More people should know how supportive this place truly is! They host a student-run vending machine as part of an entrepreneurship school project — teaching kids (6–9 years old) real business skills in a safe, encouraging environment. This is truly outstanding community leadership.

  I cancelled this membership a year ago. They kept trying to run my card so I had to dispute the transaction and beg them to reverse or cancel. They never did, I put a stop payment. They never stopped trying to charge my card and a year later they ran another transaction. I had to put my card as fraud and get a new number as they are scammy business with little to no moral or ethical code.

  I've been coming to this studio for 6 months, its was good until it wasn't. Apparently there's been a glitch on my account or in their system. My account shows many available class credits but when I try to redeem it to book a class the system I'm out of credits and asks me to buy more. I've discussed the issue with multiple staff members, including the manager. They keep asking me to reinstall the app or relog-in assuming that it's a user error. After trying different troubleshooting, and feeling helpless and frustrated, I suggested if the manager can simply create a new account and transfer remaining credits from old account. But unfortunately even with the new account the problem persists. After my repeated follow ups for help, I had asked to cancel my membership since this isn't getting fixed and it's affecting my workout routine from missed classes. The manager said they wouldn't offer refund and recommended that I contact staff to book each time I want to attend the class. By the way, the staff is only available during class hours, so basically I need to remember to contact them within this limited window. This has been going on for a month. I expressed to the manager that this very inconvenient and restricting especially coz I'm a busy professional. He said he will talk to the owner for some solution. It's been another week and no follow through from the manager. Meanwhile I've been trying to contact the staff to schedule my next class and no one has been responding. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional! It's not a cheap membership either. I regret losing my money.

  I moved from NYC to the SoCal area last year. I was ecstatic to find a Rumble in the north OC area. Julian and Chevy are some of the best trainers I’ve had. They are the reason I wanted to test out a monthly pass. Cons: I will say this Rumble is not similar to those on the east coast. - The space is extremely small. There are no showers, the bags are too close together and the only areas to get ample space is on the sides or corners which are booked very quickly. - I had credits from Rumble but they can’t be used at this location. The Irvine location has a separate app and support team altogether. - Service is sporadic. I have people who texted and called me after I booked a pass offering me discounts on said passes. - For distance reasons I cancelled my membership via email and then text to follow up with no response. Two months after reaching out l realized I was still being charged. No response via email or text. I had to reach out to my bank to resolve. Pros - If you love rumble as much as I did you’d be ecstatic to find one here - Slightly cheaper than nyc prices - Great instructors
