I showed up with an Rei tent that had an issue with the poles and 3 of the staff members including the manager took time to help sort out what was wrong. They were able to resolve the pole issue and sent me on my way for my weekend backpacking trip. These folks are great! BEST REI I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! The perfect and only one stop shop if you need to gear up for your weekend adventure in the sierras!
