  A cow pasture! Pro shop, bar and restaurant all in one room. Different! Golf carts, ripped seats, damaged. Course Teeing area- new sod placed and one hole has an artificial Teeing area. Fairway- weeds growing, edges are dried out or just dusty dirt. Sand traps- a joke with very little or no sand at all. Greens- Not bad but lots of ball marks. About the worst course you can play in SC. Good course to practice on but that is about all. Actually has a 19th hole. Interesting Avoid this place at ALL COST !!!

  Boulder Oaks is a great vibe from the start. From the check in at the bar to the course conditions, great place!

  T time was scheduled at 9:20 this morning. Starter said “we’re already 20 minutes behind”. Teed off at 9:40 and took 5 hours and ten minutes to finish. No marshal on course so no hope of keeping newer golfers on schedule. Waited for group ahead to t off on most par threes and the last five holes. Condition of the course was better than I expected after reading reviews. If they start using Marshall’s and control pace of play I would come out again. Until such time I would take a hard pass on this course.
