After trying a battery I purchased on Amazon that failed, I turned to the Canadian company where i purchasedmy trike. It cost me a fortune, but I was able to finally get a battery that works for my trike. I had to pay a 25% tariff on top of $510.00!! I had to take my trike back to the Pedego when the new battery arrived because it required rewiring to work. The owner didn't charge me anything for the work. He even stayed late to work on my trike. He said he was "paying it forward" . I'm disabled and I count on my trike for transportation. I also live on social security. I can't tell you what that means to me. Give this place your business 👏

I had my electric bike serviced and repaired there, and they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly from start to finish. The work was done quickly and at a very fair price. What really stood out was their customer service. After the service, I had another issue pop up and they helped me troubleshoot it over the phone—for free! Who does that these days? They work on all makes and models of electric bikes, not just Pedego, and they have a great selection of bikes if you’re looking to buy. I highly recommend them for anything e-bike related. Fair, honest, and reliable—couldn’t ask for more.
