    My family and I made the trip during the holidays to play this course. We got unlucky and ran into some very bad weather. While we played the round, it was not up to standards and cut our visit short. I do have to compliment the greens keepers as the conditions of the greens in terrible weather were amazing. Having been made aware of our challenging round, Michael, Head Pro quickly stepped in and made us feel taken care of. Although this particular round was not enjoyable (weather), we very much look forward to our next family golf trip in the near future. I am looking forward to enjoying this beautiful course. Thank you Michael for your care and support. It goes a long way and I will share with friends and family.

    A golf cart with a dirty napkin and used tees should never happen. A five hour round without ever seeing a marshall should never happen. The course is wonderful. The leadership team seems to be unaware about the daily operations of the course.

    Over 90 bunkers on the course. Made the playing experience no fun. Pelican Hill over Monarch any day.

    Hands down my favorite SoCal ocean course even over Pelican Hills and Torrey Pines. The views are jaw-dropping, with the ocean stretching out beside every stretch of fairway. The layout challenges your game but rewards bold shots. Greens are in great shape and the maintenance shows throughout. It feels like you’re in a coastal dream every time you tee off. This course is a gem.
