  We hosted our kid’s birthday party 8-10 yo. All the kids had a lot of fun. The package included long enough bowling time and arcade credits. The staff was attentive and they accommodated for unplanned guests /services well.

  The bowling itself is fine, but the second you walk through the door, you’re met with the most unwelcoming check-in staff I’ve ever encountered at an entertainment venue. No greeting, no smile, barely any eye contact, just a cold, almost annoyed energy, like you’re an inconvenience for showing up. For what Bowlmor charges, you’d expect at least basic hospitality. First impressions matter, and theirs is terrible.

  Bowlero is a great spot if you’re looking for a fun, upbeat place to hang out with friends or family. The atmosphere is lively without being overwhelming, with cool lighting, music, and a modern vibe that makes it feel more like an entertainment venue than just a regular bowling alley. The lanes are well-maintained, the seating areas are comfortable, and there’s plenty to do beyond bowling, which makes it easy to spend a few hours there without getting bored. The service and overall experience really stand out as well. Staff are friendly and helpful, making everything from checking in to getting food and drinks smooth and stress-free. Speaking of food, it’s surprisingly good for a bowling alley, with a solid variety of options that actually taste fresh. Whether you’re there for a casual night out, a celebration, or just something different to do, Bowlero delivers a fun and memorable experience.

  This was an extremely frustrating and poorly managed experience at Bowlmor Cupertino. My friends reserved 6 lanes for 35 kids for 2 hours starting at 2:00 PM, yet they were not allowed to begin until 2:30 PM because the lanes were still occupied. This kind of mismanagement is unacceptable, especially for a pre-booked event. To make matters worse, 4 out of the 6 lane monitors were not working. When my friends asked for a refund or any form of compensation, the staff refused and simply told them to wait. No alternatives were offered, and nothing was done to make up for the inconvenience. What stood out the most was the complete lack of professionalism—no apology, no accountability, and no effort to fix the situation. Overall, this place is poorly run and clearly lacks proper customer service training. I would not recommend it, especially for large group events.
