Very misleading tactics used by lucky strike. Arrived at about 4:30pm on New Year's Day with the family and saw an ad saying "Buy two games, get one half off." We told the lady working the register that we wanted that special. She told us that we will get it as we play and proceeded to ask for a credit card to put on file. Five of us played three rounds as we assumed would be the equivalent of three games. When we went to go pay, the guy at the register finally explains to us that one game means one person playing. So if there was five of us playing three rounds, then that would have been a total of 15 games played. Now, I'm not the brightest guy in the world, but since when was one game defined as one player. Should have advertised it in full as "buy one game for two players and get the third player half off." I'm not a professional bowler, so I may just be ignorant to the definition of what ONE game means in bowling. I just wanted a fun night out with the family. We even asked the lady when we first arrived that we wanted to buy 2 get 1 half off game special, but she never explained that one game means just one person playing. It was only explained AFTER we were done playing and just before we were about to pay. If they didn't explain it at the start, but the guy knew he had to explain to us right before paying, then they know what they're doing. Our tab ended up to $160. It would have helped us decide to leave if it was explained to us from the beginning, but that's how they take your money I guess, by lying. Very sneaky tactic to have an open tab and not explain what a "game" means until after we were done playing. Just sharing so anyone else who is like me, that just goes out to bowl with the family once in a long while, doesn't get played for a fool. Make sure you have them define what a game means first if you're getting the special deal. Good one, Lucky Strike, you got me good. Never coming back.

Came out with the family. Although we made it fun, here are a few things that just made a point for me not to return. The arcade games either didn’t work or cut time. Both the basketball hoop and the walking dead were not working. The basketball hoop didn’t release the ball’s when time started. The walking dead game second shooter wouldn’t allow the fun to control the shot. The entire bowling alley was in this cool purple light except for our lanes. Our lane got stuck several times and we had to set pins about four times. And although the music was very loud and we can barely hear each other, we could however hear every time our pins got switched with a loud squeaky spring sound. For the price one pays to bowl and play arcade games… we expect it all to work. Rather go to Dave N Busters.
