THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! I will never book a party here again! I paid for 25 kids to bowl almost $1k with that included "unlimited pizza, tenders, fries and drinks" great deal right? OK only IF YOU GET THAT! my party started I had 2 cheese pizza, tenders and fries, 2 pitchers of soda! the food went fast I asked my host right away can you please bring more she said she would put in an order. I asked status maybe 5 times in the HOUR it took to get ONE MORE CHEESE PIZZA AND A SMALL SIDE OF FRIES! ONE HOUR!! I had 25 kids who were starving, who were thirsty. The host said the kitchen was "backed up" and they could not do anything. The host disappeared I was walking to and from my party to get drink refills. I had to wait each time in the long food line to ask for more drinks. All the kids were thirsty I didn't even have water, yet alone any cups, plates! I was not at my sons party the entire time I was walking to the kitchen and back getting drinks getting cups, asking for status of food! I never got anymore food! I told the manager how upset I was and what does she do? give me a bowling pin for the birthday boy!! to sayI was pist off is me being nice! I paid almost 1k for 3 cheese pizzas, tenders, fries and 2 pitchers of soda!! and when I called and talked to the manager he said "the rain" made it extra busy and everyone wanted to be at the bowling alley. OK but I was booked and reserved and PAID!! why wasn't I priority over all your walk-ins? my guest were buying their kids food, people went to eat after the party. It was by far the most embarrassing moment ever for me and my son! If I could rate a 0 I would!! oh and the plates that they did bring were DIRTY!! leftover food on them. GROSS

Used on screen menu to request service to our lane because the left bumper was stuck up and played 2 whole games and no one ever came to help us so I had to go up to the front desk. Also they bought bowlero and switched the pins to be the string attached to the pins. Not real bowling anymore

Overall experience was good except to the person at the front desk, John Y next time roll your eyes behind my back so that I don’t see your RUDE customer service. To the owner of this establishment, try to keep these low energy people away from the front of your business because honestly it made me want to leave immediately. If it wasn’t for others in my group, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Otherwise, cool spot to chill and wings were great.

Prices are high compared to quality of food . Our server was very nice but when we went to check out the total came out to $150 which was fine. There was only 5 of us and after we checked out and paid (left tip) we go to leave our shoes and the girl said “wait here” then says we owed an extra $32 . Mind you we charged everything to our aisle and paid out so if they didn’t charge us it was on them but anyways my bf says okay and then goes to get his wallet and the girl tells him “you can’t leave until you pay” first of all that is false imprisonment and two how do you expect him to pay with no wallet ? Very rude and unprofessional even her coworker looked at her like what are you doing . Would not come back
