We bought a Groupon for a fabulous deal, we called to confirm the details ahead of time and we were told by the manager that we could not make a reservation before 6 pm but could still use the coupon. We invited a group of people from different locations and upon arrival at 6.10 pm, we were told we could not use the coupon because we needed to arrive before 6 pm. We spoke to the manager and she didn't budge and told us we could just pay full price, double the price of the Groupon! She preferred to see a group of 6 happy people looking forward to a fun night of bowling leave than to make a concession based on a technicality. When we called to confirm the Groupon details it should have been CLEARLY stated that we needed to arrive BEFORE 6 not that we couldn't make a reservation before 6. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and losing patrons that would've been happy to return. I will repeat this had review and every platform available. BEWARE ALL!

"This Birthday/Bowling/Food Party was so much fun & to see my 9 year old great grandson, friends from his baseball team, family & friends will be something l will treasure as long as God permits me down here!!. The pizza, French fries, chicken breasts were definitely yummy!! To see alot of the adults bowling & just taking it in stride as my oldest daughter hasn't ever bowled!!. Even me, at 75 through a couple of balls. Omgosh l had so much fun!!. Watching all sizes of kids get better as they bowled, you could see alot of high 5's. We had no quibbles, just good clean fun!!. Will definitely come back!!. Thank you!!".

Been to this bowling alley because they're near my job and they offer unlimited bowling for $24 bowling from 6/7 pm to close, its a great deal. But its not worth it, every single time ive been here the lane malfunctions. I've been sitting here not bowling for 20 minutes while the rest of party continues to bowl on another lane. This is NOT the first time this has happened tonight, we continue to tell the front desk of the malfunction and yet I'm still here not bowling. Basically I just paid $24 to NOT bowl. Frankly, its not worth it.

It was my first time at Bowlero and it definitely was different than your average bowling experience. Walking in the first thing I noticed was how dim the lighting was. This was to emphasize the glowing pins. There were big screen tvs so across the far wall with music videos, sports, and other. Each lane has comfortable couch like seating and a table for drinks and food. If you reserved your lane ahead of time you got a waitress to help serve you. There is a bar and food place inside and the sampler wasn't too bad except the wings. They ran out of 2 sauces I wanted so I had to settle for Buffalo sauce. I'm not sure if it was the sauce or the actual wings that made me feel sick. When I got to my lane the bowling ball rack was full of balls and left no place for my ball. Apparently nobody puts their ball back when they are done bowling and neither do the employees, I had to remove 10 balls. Like usual the bowlers next to me had no etiquette and not wait their turn. They lane I was on had a moderate oil pattern and my ball kept sailing left. It was fun but it's not a place for an avid bowler it's more for family and friend type atmosphere. I played 2 hours and it was somewhere around $100 not counting show rental, I have my own. I think single games were $12 and shoes another$6 or $7. I did go at night on Valentine's Day so it may have been a little more $ than if it wasn't. Would I go again? Probably not only because I bowl more for the sport than I do for the fun.
