I had taken my custom eBikes there several times because the new owners took over and had a policy listed that they work on all Bikes. When I picked up a bike recently the Mgr was very rude about the fact that they won't be able to work on any of my custom bikes going forward. There is a new state ordinance making my throttle based ebikes soon classify as motor cycles and they are not allowed to work on them. The owner or head Mgr was rather rude. It was just like don't come back again, after I have spent a lot of money there. I recommend going somewhere else. I am getting a new bike soon, which is legal, but I sure won't bring it to Trek CV. I have a spinal cord injury that limits my Pedaling so I have to have a Throttle, or I cant ride any long trails. Any state ordinances that don't take into account people with disabilities, including eBike laws, are in violation of other state laws which do require disability assistance.

Bike tech Tyler was courteous, professional super helpful. I picked in a new set of climbing rims from on line, they arrived on Tuesday. I took them for a quick spin Wednesday. They loosened up pretty bad. I had a race on Friday, so I brought them in after work on Thursday to Tyler. He initially said it might take 24hrs to get them fixed. This was understandable but unfortunate. He called me 2 hrs later that trued them up and they were ready to go. I have never had such a quick turnaround on rims. I raced them Friday and they held up awesome. Thx Tyler!
