- LLL I E LFeb 5, 20265.0Tried Rumble Boxing and had an absolutely amazing time! The energy in the studio is unreal. The lights, music, and vibes all come together to push you through the workout. The coaches are super motivating and guide you well, whether you’re a beginner or already into boxing. The class itself was such a good mix of boxing combos and strength training, and the pacing keeps you engaged the whole time. Loved the environment, loved the workout and definitely coming back whenever I’m in the area!

The workouts are intense and fun which you don't get anywhere else and everyone is super supportive of your journey. The front staff is phenomenal and the trainers are amazing. My three favorite trainers (in no particular order) Hayley, Louis, and Richie all have different but similar coaching techniques with the end goal of making you feel great about yourself. I lost over 40 pounds in the span of a year and I have learned how to hit a bag with a great technique and I also learned how to be more confident in myself. Highly recommend for everyone to check out.

Doing your workout with integrity is the motto and I love that it makes me feel strong for trying even when I can’t. If you ever wanted to try a class here start with Shannon you’ll love it.
