Have dealt with a few of the staff who were great, but Henry (from Tasmania ) has gone above and beyond. So helpful, when sorting all gear, but particularly fitting me with ski boots ( not easy!). Knows his stuff and can’t do enough for you. Would definitely recommend Summit to any visitor because of him.
