  Excellent customer service and conveniently located. Jon did a wonderful job in helping me to find the perfect snowboard boot. I have been snowboarding for 10-15 years and he helped me choose a better boot (and size) than I would have chosen for myself. With my new boots I had an amazing and unforgettable two days at Whistler Blackcomb. I would definitely recommend Showcase to friends or family in need of new snowboard gear.

  had a really disappointing experience. The staff member (Jon) completely ignored me the entire time. I was the only person in the store and still received no help at all. I came in looking for boots but ended up leaving very disappointed. Zero customer service.”

  Had a great time trying to problem solve my problem with my snowboard boots, Michael helped me and was amazing throughout! Was able to get boots that fit better and help with the problems I was having. Would highly recommend coming here and talking to Michael. 😄

  All the employees at the store were super friendly and helpful, especially Mike, Jack, Connor and Rahema! They were able to help me out on multiple visits to find the best options for me when I was shopping for a new setup. Their customer service was definitely above and beyond, wonderful experience as always. Would highly recommend visiting Showcase!
