- MMMeghan MaillouxAug 11, 20255.0We were 4 busy adults who were on the move all day long so in the evening when our legs had enough but we still wanted to enjoy the outdoors we rented electric bikes. The equipment was top notch and the fact that it was right at the Fairmont made it super convenient. BUT, what made the experience the absolute best was Lydia! She was so sweet and accommodating even when we ran in at the last minute 3 nights in a row. The last night we called from the lift coming down asking her if there were bikes available because we didn’t know if we’d make it on time and she so kindly got them ready for us and stayed after closing just so we could have the bikes for a couple hours on our last night. She is the customer service queen!

- JJJessica JonesDec 29, 20245.0Brendan was INCREDIBLE!!!!! We are a family of 5 and just a little high maintenance with three kids ages 18, 15 and 10 years old. We are experienced skiers and Brendan was over the top attentive, helpful and beyond patient at all their requests and needs! My oldest on day 2 had to swap out boots and Brendan immediately recognized us from two days before and jumped to help my 18 year old find the right boots to fit him. Brendan was OVER the TOP helpful to our family!!! Way to go Fairmont in hiring such servant leaders that go above and beyond in making your guests feel like family!!!!!! Shout out also to Chad and Tom who helped us the first day with all our fittings. Great experience and wonderful hearts that deserve to be recognized for their honorable contributions!!!! All three are ROCK STARS to us!!!!
