  The experience I got from Morgan was amazing, he knows his boots and made the whole process worth it. He wanted to make sure I am comfortable but make sure my foot gets the support it needs. Honestly go see this guy it’s worth it!!! Jeremy

  My experience with Can-Ski has been nothing short of frustrating. The initial custom fitting I paid for was incorrect, putting me out of skiing for 4 weeks with a nasty bone bruise. I returned to the shop to ask for help making adjustments to remedy the situation, however the boot fitting staff were extremely standoffish. I understand mistakes can be made so I was not looking to point blame at anyone (only to fix my boots), but was made to feel small when patronised by the staff, leaving me feeling completely demoralised when the implied the issue was with me and not them. I have since taken my boots to Fanatyk who were able to help sort my boots despite them being brought form another store.

  I made inquiries about having my boots looked at as they were rubbing my ankles and very painful. I was instructed to bring them in the next day so the staff can ‘have a look at them. I went back the next morning with my boots and got fantastic service and advice. In the end I did not get any work done on my boots and was given free and frank advice to look at a boot fitting process that Can-Ski did not offer. The service and advice I got from the team at Can-Ski Whistler Village was first rate. Thanks.
