- HBHong Sun BennettOct 5, 20261.0One Star only because zero stars is not an option. I've been here too many times to count and never managed to buy anything because the staff is too "busy" playing in the simulators or on their phones. Location and hours are great but it's faster to drive elsewhere and get service or order online. Go to the Langley location if you must go to Golf Town. This location is a waste of time.
- CCChenAug 23, 20261.0Drove all the way from Richmond for a product exchange since their website/system showed the item in stock. When I got there, staff refused to accept my photo receipt as proof of purchase — even though every other store I’ve dealt with accepts this. No warning about their receipt policy beforehand, so I wasted my time and gas for nothing. Staff was unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Would not recommend.

- PGPete GlavasJul 13, 20265.0I recently visited Golf Town Surrey and had an outstanding experience, thanks to Ryu and the entire team. Their customer service is truly top-notch—they are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right setup. It’s rare to find such a dedicated crew, and they’ve made me a repeat customer for sure. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for expert advice and a great shopping experience!
- SSSanj SukerkarJul 10, 20265.0Great service, astronomical choices in apparel, gear and accessories, this place is a golfers paradise! Went in to biy golfing shoes and got home with shoes, many Polo shirts, sweater, and two hats! By far the widest assortment of polo teeshirts!!!
