  Wasn’t feeling welcomed when arrived and was told a staff member would come to help me while checking out some clubs. Left standing around for nothing.

  The gentleman, Tyler who installed a new grip and extended the shaft of my husband's club was simply the best! On top of being knowledgeable (he gave me a lot of options), helpful and accommodating, he also left his counter and showed me where some of the stuff I needed, were located. Where other people would just point in the direction of the aisle or location, Tyler walked me there. I was impressed with this young man who made me feel at home in your store. In fact, he delivered the club to me as soon as he was done which gave me the chance to browse while he worked on it.

  I’ve had a serious problem not being able to find a specific club to match up my wife’s set for her birthday. Having said that I’m located in Hamilton Ontario. I managed to find the club that I was looking for at this location. Johnathan immediately went and done a visual search and put it on hold for me . Got a hold of my local store and Johnathan went over the top to make sure this specific club will be delivered to my location. Customer service doesn’t get any better than this. Thanks again Johnathan for your superior customer service. Thanks Dave

  April 26, 2026 10am I came in and bought two Taylormade wedges. I asked a sale rep if they had a 54 LB and the sales rep comes telling me they don't make that So I purchased it since I was in a rush. O n ly the find out that the Sales repnis clueless about their products. I would of accepted "we don't have it at the moment." or "I can check another location." But I realized Richmond Golftown is just about one time $ rather than returning customer loyalty I shall spread the word.
