  Completed a 2hr full bag fitting with Andrew L. today. I’m on the lower end of experience for golf, and made my goals for the fitting known early, which was to leave with an extra stiff driver and more knowledge than when I stepped in the door. Andrew gave me many different brands and shaft weights to try, and even customized the weights in the club head to favour my slice. We narrowed it down and came to a great decision, without any pressure put on me. He even took the time to go over grips with me and took the time to regrip my 9 iron so that I could leave that night with it as a test to see if I would regrip all my irons. I will 100% return to see Andrew for my next purchase and would recommend anyone looking for a low-pressure fitting experience to visit! Thanks Andrew

  What a great place to shop for golf equipment. Store manager Nigel’s knowledge and help makes everything decision so easy. A Wonderful person to interact with. As always thank you for all your help.

  i came to golf town to do the trade in event and for the first assessment of the club they said $98 i put the club back in my car but then thought of what to buy when i came back with the club they said the most they can do is $10 because of this small paint chip that appeared out of nowhere.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Golf Town location today. I was looking for a specific item and showed a staff member named Jaden a picture of it on my phone for reference. He didn't even bother to look at my screen and brushed me off completely, saying in a very impatient tone, "If it’s not on the shelf, we don't have it." The complete lack of willingness to help or even check the system was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Customer service needs serious improvement.

  A big thank you to Derek and the team at Golf Town Richmond for their excellent customer service. I returned a dress last year, and I didn't realize until months later that I hadn't received the refund to my credit card. When I enquired in the store last week, the staff and manager were kind, understanding, and took the time to look into it. Derek then continued investigating and, although there was no record of the return, he chose to make things right by issuing me a store credit. I really appreciate the fairness, professionalism, and genuine care shown by everyone involved. It's wonderful to see a team that stands behind its customers. Thank you!
