  Had a very frustrating experience at this store while helping my husband trade in a set of golf clubs. I called ahead the day before to confirm whether golf clubs could be traded in for merchandise. I was told over the phone that they could, including for apparel. After the entire experience, I checked their website and found that this is actually not the case. I drove 45 minutes to the store with a large bag of clubs. When I arrived and asked for assistance, the sales associate seemed visibly unhappy about helping carry the bag inside. I then waited over 30 minutes while the manager and another associate went through the clubs. After they finished and gave me a quote, I mentioned I would go look at apparel. At that point, the associate still didn’t correct me. Only after speaking with the manager did they come back and inform me that trade-ins can only be used toward new clubs—not apparel. I explained that I had called ahead and was told otherwise. There was no apology, and the manager remained completely expressionless. He even asked who I had spoken to on the phone, which felt beside the point—it’s still his staff. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Ended up gifting the equipment to a friend instead. If you’re shopping here for your partner, especially if you’re unfamiliar with golf equipment, don’t expect a particularly friendly or helpful experience. This happened a few months ago, but I recently thought about it again and it still makes my blood boil.

  Tyler was amazing to deal with. He was able to fit me in right away since he had some time available. I only needed four irons resized, and he told me it would take about 30 minutes to cut them down and regrip them. He delivered exactly as promised and did an excellent job. The work was professional, quick, and the clubs turned out perfect. Highly recommend Tyler for any club repair

  Senior staff at pro shop, just very unfriendly, couldn’t careless, and don’t want your business attitude. Lack of explanation not just to me but customer ahead of me (like the customer is dump if you don’t how their shop operates). I wouldn’t entrust my clubs to people like that. Respect your elderly but what to when he’s the disrespectful one??

  Hikaru is extremely easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and super friendly. He did my fitting and configured a set of clubs that's been working really well for me. As a newer golfer, he was very patient and professional. I would definitely recommend booking your fitting with Hikaru, he made it a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
