  Staff ordered me from warehouse a lesser known German brand fender system for my new Trek bike…. Sent me an email when it arrived and I was able to have a hands on demo on installation when I picked them up. I am very appreciative as the day was very busy in the shop !!!! Thanks again Mike

  The Team at Trek goes above and beyond. From sales to service, they take the time to listen and treat your bike with tender loving care, as if it were their own. Special kudos to Jordan, as he really knows his stuff inside and out! Such a pleasure to do business with a solid team like this!

  I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this Trek store. Today I brought in a used Trek 2100 that I recently purchased just to have it looked over, and Alisa went above and beyond. She thoroughly checked the bike, inspected the drivetrain and shifting, adjusted my saddle height, and helped me swap the pedals and saddle to better suit my riding. She took the time to make sure everything was set up properly, and I really appreciated it. Grady has also helped me over the phone before, and every member of the team I’ve interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I also bought my Marlin 7 from this store, and Flip made sure it was set up exactly how I wanted. Every visit has been a positive experience, whether I’m buying a bike, asking questions, or just looking for advice. What stands out most isn’t just the bikes, it’s the people. Everyone is approachable, honest, and genuinely cares about helping their customers. It’s rare to find a shop that consistently makes you feel welcome, and that’s exactly why I keep coming back. Thank you, Alisa, Grady, Flip, and the rest of the team for always taking the time to help. I really appreciate everything you do, and I hope you all enjoyed the donuts. Definitely will visit the store any chance i get 😊!

  My first time shopping at Trek-port Coquitlam was one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. I was looking for an e-bike to surprise my husband, and one sales associates, Grady, helped me find the perfect one. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different bikes and e-bike options available. To make the experience even more special, he personally delivered the bike to my home in the neighborhood, allowing me to surprise my husband exactly the way I had hoped. I highly recommend Trek Coquitlam. The staff are incredibly helpful, supportive, and truly go above and beyond for their customers Thank you Gloria
