We recently purchased our third Trek bike for our family, and once again the experience was excellent. The team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and really took the time to help us find the right bike. The whole purchasing process was smooth and enjoyable, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. It’s always a pleasure dealing with Trek, and the great service is one of the reasons we keep coming back. Highly recommended!

I went to Trek today to buy a bike bell with my child. My child was simply testing a few different bells to see which one was easier to press and ring. Apparently, that was too noisy for one of the female employees, who came over and told us to stop. I found that pretty amusing, considering we were literally in the store trying to decide which bike bell to purchase. If the sound was bothering her, there were much more polite and customer-friendly ways to communicate that. I’ve always had a good impression of Trek as a brand, but today’s experience was disappointing and definitely not the level of customer service I expected.

I just want to give a big shout out to the gentleman today (I didnt catch his name but if hes reading this, you know who you are) who helped me replace a seized pedal on my Trek hybrid so easily. I know this isn't a big deal for professional skilled techs with proper equipment at all but after countless times of DIY at home with a buddy's pedal wrench with penetrating oil to no avail, believe me its such a huge relief to see that pedal come off in just a short period of time. I also went there thinking about trimming my handle bars with the idea of getting more speed with a narrow arm posture but then he took the time to probe what type of rides am I doing and advised me that reducing the length is something you cant reverse and that you would also sacrifice the level of control, which is something I prefer to still have. So I really appreciated his advice and knowledge. By the way, I live in Langley and theres obviously other bike stores around me that i could have gone to but i still choose to come all the way here because aside from knowledge and skills, everyone there is also always so friendly and willing to help, especially for bike noobs like me. Nobody is trying to sell you anything there and made sure they give you space but at the same time, if you have a question, they always make sure they are aware of it if there happens to be a lineup of people waiting. Anyways, thank you for what you guys do for our bikes and actually caring about our own experiences with them.

Very disappointed in their customer service. It seems like all they care about is to sell bikes, but no after Service. I had two employees tell me that they need to do better. I could understand one saying that but hearing it from two people Must mean management does not care as well to train their employees. if I could return both mountain bikes, I bought from them I would they do not deserve my business or my money.

I bought a folding bike via online shopping and the gear needs to be tunned up. I brought it and the technician,- I don't know his the name - did it free of charge. Deeply appreciate his professional service and kindness. I definitely will go there again, whenever my bike needs services.
