  Recently got my putter and some irons re-gripped here. Good selection of grips, fast service on site. Custom fitting was done here for a family member, they are quite happy with the service.

  I was a bit disappointed with price of the package I put together. I bought a full set of not on sale golf clubs, I bought a really nice little putter, and I bought a 58° wedge.... I got zero off and when I had to change my little accessory to help pick up golf balls they charged me a dollar!

  I recently went in for a fitting for new irons and possible new woods. Tyler who fitted me was great however the clubs I ordered were cut to the wrong size and had to be re done at Taylormade. To make up for the mistake they gave me two boxes of balls and at the time offered to do more. When I requested a discount on adding a hybrid to match the 3 wood I bought I was told NO. I spent over 3k in clubs and a new bag and no discount for an error plus looking to spend MORE money. Bad call by the GM. Not shopping any more at that location in the North Shore.

  I'm the club capatian for a small town on Vancouver Island. I run Men's Club and run the men's amature tourney along with the mens wind up tourney and mens match play. I purchased thousands upon thousands of dollars from golf town to supply tournaments and mens club with golf equipment. I recently hit a tp5 with my stealth 3 wood from the fairway and it basically blew up. Top blew off and went about 20 yards. I also purchased a stealth driver that the face delamination is getting pretty bad. I kept getting told to go into a store for them to look at it and kept telling them that would take me 8 hours to get too seeing as no golf town is close to me. They asked me to take pics and I did and sent them away. I didnt even ask them to replace the clubs once, just if they can fix them and I got the response no. There is nothing they can do seeing as its a month outside the warranty time of 2 years. I'm sorry but we live in a climate where we only golf for half the year and put the clubs away for the other half. If going by those standards, I only used my club technically for a year. You can see in the photos that the adhesive was not properly coated around the edges and is glooped in the bottom of my club probably throwing off the weight and accuracy. Looks like it was a lemon the machine threw together to get out the door. Sad craftsmanship. This is Taylormade... supose to be setting the standard for golf and this is the throw it together and they get what they get sort of thing. There is always a lemon amongst the group. Anyways, they won't honor anything and I know this won't change much, if anything, but I reach many people in my club and will be telling them all about my experience. I will not be purchasing anything from golf town again and will be telling all who will listen about my story. Great Canadian Pro Shop here I come .. I hope you're ready for a new customer and I hope you treat a person who spends thousands of dollars each year a bit better than this bunch. Before you go and tell me an automated response to contact customer care... already did and thats why I'm leaving this review. You have all my information, you should make the effort to reach out to me if you want to fix the problem.
