Second year of catching the end of the year sales and buying another set of clubs and accessories. Appreciate Chuck and his efforts to support.

Terrible service from the technician in the back. I think his name was Mike, anyways, the guy has no idea what he’s doing, was waiting at the shop for 20 minutes before he came over and helped people who lined up after us before he helped us. Then when he finally talked to us he was being very very confrontational and not letting us hit the clubs accusing us of using the sim as a “driving range”. I was honestly so surprised considering he doesn’t know who we are, why we are at the store, or anything about us and decided to assume that for no reason at all. The guy obviously has had no customer service experience in his life and had I considered buying a club his attitude would’ve made me put it back. Do better please guys.

Came in to get a club re-shafted. Waited 10 minutes with no acknowledgement, once I flagged someone down they said “if I was patient I could get help in 20 minutes as they had only 5 employees to cover their store”. We left.

I came here to get a 3 wood re shafted on a monday, they said it would be done by friday, never received a call back, when I came in they told me they couldnt help cause they were basically lazy to source me a shaft adaptor or even call me back, sourced the shaft adaptor myself, got it in 2 days for relatively inexpensive. Came back and got the shaft epoxied and got the club back next day and told me it was ready to hit, made it 2 swings on the course a few days later before the head was turned 180° and was able to pull off the shaft. Looking inside the hozzle you can see they used the tiniest bit of epoxy wich would never hold. Needles to say I will not be returning for any service on my clubs
