The Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex is a 190,000 square foot, ice and fitness facility with a lap pool, a leisure therapy pool, a relaxation area with whirlpool, steam room and dry sauna, diving boards, indoor fitness track and a number of accessible features.
It offers a variety of ice skating, aquatic, fitness and dry floor programs as well as drop-in classes. It's also the home of the Coquitlam Sports Hall of Fame and there is some great amateur, championship-level hockey and lacrosse to enjoy with a licensed café.
