- LRLuigi RossiAug 18, 20265.0Best way to improve your game and enjoy golf is to get lessons not watch endless YouTube videos and buy new equipment Golf Tec has a modern technology set up and coupled with excellent instructors will improve your game.. I worked with Leo Min who has done great things to help me.
- SMSteve MadsenAug 17, 20265.0Jamie from Coquitlam has really improved my swing step by step and made a huge improvement on my game
- DJDr. Neville JeannotteAug 17, 20265.0I’ve been working with Jamie for several years, and I’m really happy with the progress I have made. Great instructor, very patient and really cares that I’m continuing to progress in my golf game. Highly recommend!
- DMDon MannJul 27, 20265.0I would like to give my coach Leo Min high praise he has helped my game a lot as I have improved significantly in all phases of my of the game. He understands the game very well and takes his time to breakdown every aspect of the golf swing. I have improved significantly in my game by 10 strokes in the short time I have been taking lessons from Leo and hope to improve even more. I would highly recommend Leo for anyone who is looking to improve their game. Thanks Don Mann
- AMAmanda MalcolmJul 22, 20265.0Genuinely couldn't recommend GOLFTEC, their technology and especially Jamie Heath for a coach, more! Jamie takes the time to understand how you learn and adapts his teaching style to your learning style. This helped me tremendously!!
Frequently Asked Questions About GOLFTEC Coquitlam
Why do I need a Swing Evaluation
The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
How is your club fitting different from others?
Our TECFIT club fitting system provides a precision, agnostic fitting experience. All GOLFTEC Certified Fitters use our advanced launch monitor technology to measure your unique launch conditions. While most other fitters stop there, we utilize our proprietary equipment database of thousands of club/shaft combinations to identify the perfect club configuration to optimize performance based on your swing. Clubs fit and built to your unique swing DNA will lead to greater consistency, distance, and confidence on the golf course.
