Friendly staff, a good selection of gear, and a hassle-free return policy. A great spot to shop for golf equipment.

Josh at the pro shop is awesome. Spent probably 3 hours setting up my bag and figuring out which shaft to use and which clubs work best with my swing like just everything. This guy knew every answer to my questions and more than happy to help. Josh deserves a raise

Came into golf town on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn’t particularly busy and the pro shop had nobody else in line or waiting. I told the pro shop attendant that I was new to golf and was looking to get my clubs regripped having never done it before. He measured my grip size and showed me the grips. The only thing further mentioned was there were multiple colours and that corded grips are better for all weather. He then disappeared for 10 minutes while I was looking at the grips. A different employee, who must have been a supervisor or more a more senior employee (Bruce), came to the stand and I asked a couple questions - standard stuff and mostly just about differences between grips. The second employee (Bruce) had an attitude. He seemed annoyed or burdened I was asking questions. He was quite dismissive during the invoicing process. He asked how my game was going and as I began to answer he didn’t care at all. Just asked for the sake of asking. He cut me off during my response and asked what clubs I’m getting regripped. He was then at the checkout counter and he had attitude with his own cashier. He asked “how do you even forget that?” And “are you tired or something? Do you need a break or something?” And shook his head at the customer that was being helped. Who singles out their employee in front of a line of customers like that? I felt bad for the cashier. I felt like this employee (supervisor) had an ego, or didn’t care to be there, or both. I will not be coming back here to get services done on my clubs, I’ll take the drive out to Langley or Brentwood. A bit of customer service goes a long way, especially for new golfers. I can’t even imagine trying to get fitted or advice on clubs from this guy. Pretty unwelcoming experience despite the club regripping itself being well done.
