  How soft tooSeb, who works at golf town. He spent a great deal of time with me trying to help me find the Nancy Lopez clip visors that they have I always wore them when I was a golfer now that I had to hang up my golfing stuff because I’m in advanced stages of Macular Degeneration. I still need those marvellous magical clip advisors but they’re all sold out. He tried everything. He looked all across canada he said all of our stores are completely depleted of that stock. I said does Nancy Lopez have a Canadian website he checked and he said yes it’s a.ca I said well then when I go home, I’m going to see if I can find any of those visors on her website And I can’t leave out Poppy what a delightful name Poppy was just as wonderful as Seb. I’m gonna quit writing here because by this time of day and with all the exercises, poor eyes have had I can’t possibly do anything very logical anymore with these eyes But I did check out Nancy’s website and I got me some clip visors that will be here in about a week. None of that would’ve been possible without my two new friends Seb and Poppy at golf town bless your hearts.❤️❤️ We all missed out on this visor. But next time we won’t hesitate. Right?

  Had a great experience at Golf Town this morning. I was in quite a rush with a last-minute tee time to make, but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Ben got me set up with some golf balls and pointed me toward an excellent deal. I then made my way over to the shoe section, where a fine young gentleman named Cal recommended a pair that fit perfectly on the very first try. I was impressed. My sincere thanks to both of these young gentlemen for helping me get everything I needed quickly and making sure I made it to my tee time without any added stress. Excellent customer service all around.

  Not recommended for serious golfers. The staff were not serving customers. Most of them were chatting among themselves and practicing putting instead of assisting customers. And I wouldn’t bother let the pro shop to handle my request for my golf club as two staff there just chasing around and laughing like in the playground.

  I just recently bought a spider putter from there. It was the tailor-made spider ghost putter. Sebastian Miles help me select this putter with my swing path and my set up very well. He helped me select my putter very well. He seems to be working as the best employee there all time he was very helpful and all.

  This review is fresh from today, Monday June 15th at roughly 10:45 am, and is based on the absolute lack of customer service from a group of younger male staff in the Coquitlam Centre store. Two of us walked in looking to buy a set of XXIO clubs. After observing at least 4 young male staff members standing in front of a tv watching the FIFA football game (Spain v Cabo Verde), we decided not to ask for help, just to see if these lazy, unprofessional 'boys' would ever recognize that there were customers in the store, just feet away from them. This lasted for well over 20 minutes. This was utterly the poorest customer service. Regardless of how much money someone is going to spend, the customer should be looked after. Pretty sure that if they knew we were looking to buy XXIO clubs... anywhere from $3 to $5 thousand, they would have been doing their job. Luckily, a female staff member who was busy working took the time to come over and ask us if we needed help. Between her and another mature male staff, we were looked after. If it weren't for those 2 we would've walked out. Hopefully the mgr of this store actually deals with these kids. Not rushing to this location ever.
