  Wonderful customer service. Great value, especially the trade in program for kids bikes. We’ve gone through 4 kids bikes and 1 adult bike with Trek and just so pleased with their excellent customer service. We even had a kick stand including and delivery to our door for our daughter’s bike. Highly recommend for value, service and quality.

  Checked out Trek during my e-bike search. They have a larger store in Port Coquitlam. Two floors but inventory is limited. For e-bikes, only four floor models ($2,400 to $5,500). One of the workers was helpful. Did a test ride with the FX+ 1; 520Wh integrated battery, 500W/60 Nm rear-hub drive motor, 80 km range (eco mode), thumb throttle, three level pedal assist, integrated lights, display and kickstand. A touch heavy (50 lbs) but doesn’t look too much like an e-bike. Free tune up (one month checkup and one year Level 1 service package).

  I had an excellent experience with the service department at Trek Bicycle Burnaby and wanted to share my appreciation. I brought in my bike with two minor issues: a screw that had lost its edges and a small tire puncture that I wasn't sure needed attention. My bike isn't even a Trek, but Jason from the service department was incredibly helpful. He listened carefully to my concerns, thoroughly inspected both issues, reviewed the relevant specifications, and took the time to assess whether either problem actually required repair. Jason and Bob spent considerable time diagnosing the issues and ultimately determined that neither needed immediate repair. The tire sealant was doing its job, and the screw issue could only be addressed if and when there was a need to disassemble part of the crossbar, which wasn't justified for such a minor issue. Jason was especially patient and took the time to explain what he found and why he didn't think I needed to spend money on repairs. That kind of honest, customer-first service is something I really appreciate. What impressed me most was that, despite the time they spent investigating, checking specifications, and explaining everything to me, they didn't charge me anything. A big thank you to Jason and Bob for the excellent service. It's great to know that there are still people in the bike industry who genuinely care about helping customers. I would definitely recommend the Trek Bicycle Burnaby service department.

  I cannot recommend going here enough! I am a novice cyclist, I’ve been to a few bike shops prior and was starting to quite discouraged as a newbie. The entire team here made me feel so incredibly welcome. They took the time to explain to me what they were doing to my bike and why. They were so patient and kind. You can tell all of them love the sport and are so knowledgeable. I’ve been to them so many times with all my questions, concerns, and big fixes - I always leave feeling more comfortable. Go here! They’re the best.

  I always have a great experience at this Trek location. Jason and the rest of the team are genuinely thoughtful and take the time to make sure I leave with the right answer, not just the quick one. They pick up the phone right away and never make me feel rushed, no matter how many questions I throw at them. Jason in particular went above and beyond to help me out. If you’re looking for a bike shop that actually cares about its customers, this is definitely the one. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
