Please note that this review is for the web or online shopping at golftown.com. I purchased 3 items online about 2 weeks ago. The purchasing experience was fine. I recieved 2 items in less than a week which was fine but they sent the wrong size for one of the items. The third item is MIA as I haven't heard from the store about it and I certainly haven't recieved it. I contacted them 2 days ago. So, the wrong size item is not an easy matter to handle with this store. I want the right size item and return the other one. The problem is that customer service needs to "investigate" what went wrong meanwhile I have to wait for the correct item to be sent. I also need to return the wrong item free of shipping charges which is another big ordeal with the online store. I am extremely unhappy, disappointed and dissatisfied. I have asked for the two items to be sent now or to give me a full refund but I am still kept waiting. Be aware of this issue and buy online if you wish but as for me, I won't do it again. NOT recommend!

This location should be called "Golf Town Light". Limited inventory here I saw only 1 sales associate on the floor during a busy Saturday afternoon. Two cashiers folding clothes when no one was at the till. Came to get an XXL glove for my right hand. Not even 1 in stock. My first and last visit to this store.

Incredibly disappointed at the customer service at this location. Came in wanting to try some Mizuno irons, but the employee scoffed at me for not knowing the different models, as well as saying things like "this isn't a driving range". After trying one of the irons, I wanted to try the other model, but he literally rolled his eyes at me and proceeded to talk to another employee 5 feet away about "being too lenient with the simulators".

Excellent customer service! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable, especially Mae and Ryan. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of products. I had a wonderful shopping experience and will definitely be back! 🤩
