  Incredibly disappointed at the customer service at this location. Came in wanting to try some Mizuno irons, but the employee scoffed at me for not knowing the different models, as well as saying things like "this isn't a driving range". After trying one of the irons, I wanted to try the other model, but he literally rolled his eyes at me and proceeded to talk to another employee 5 feet away about "being too lenient with the simulators".

  Excellent customer service! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable, especially Mae and Ryan. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of products. I had a wonderful shopping experience and will definitely be back! 🤩

  I’ve been wanting to get into golf but had no idea where to start. Raynard H. was fantastic—he took the time to understand what I was looking for, had me try a few different brands, and explained the differences so I could find the set that felt right for me. I never felt pressured, and his advice made the whole process much less overwhelming. I’d highly recommend stopping in to see him if you’re looking for honest recommendations and help getting set up with the right clubs.

  Saad is so helpful, he helped my bf with learning so many valuable tricks and tips with golf, and he was so attentive and informative . 5/5****+

  Other one star reviews were accurate. Had one hour to spare, I stopped by to check out the store. I was ready to trade my current clubs in, get a new driver, two hybrids, a new set of irons, two wedges and a premium bag if they had one. It was interesting as I was never greeted by anyone despite about 5 people wearing the Golf Town uniform were walking around, though no one really came around or near. They all seemed busy with their own mission despite having only three customers including myself in the golf store section. I managed to grab on of them and asked a question. I was provided with a simple answer and then was left again. At this point, I felt like the business did not really want any sales and lost confident that I would get any attentive and tailored recommendations and service even if I managed to grab one of the staff members here. May be it was my fault to go to a big box store expecting any attentive and tailored service. I plan to check out some stores I found in Richmond and Vancouver depiste the travel needed where I hope to build an upgraded set for me. I added one more star here as one person at least answered a question despite the answer being very minimal.
