  I’ve been wanting to get into golf but had no idea where to start. Raynard H. was fantastic—he took the time to understand what I was looking for, had me try a few different brands, and explained the differences so I could find the set that felt right for me. I never felt pressured, and his advice made the whole process much less overwhelming. I’d highly recommend stopping in to see him if you’re looking for honest recommendations and help getting set up with the right clubs.

  Other one star reviews were accurate. Had one hour to spare, I stopped by to check out the store. I was ready to trade my current clubs in, get a new driver, two hybrids, a new set of irons, two wedges and a premium bag if they had one. It was interesting as I was never greeted by anyone despite about 5 people wearing the Golf Town uniform were walking around, though no one really came around or near. They all seemed busy with their own mission despite having only three customers including myself in the golf store section. I managed to grab on of them and asked a question. I was provided with a simple answer and then was left again. At this point, I felt like the business did not really want any sales and lost confident that I would get any attentive and tailored recommendations and service even if I managed to grab one of the staff members here. May be it was my fault to go to a big box store expecting any attentive and tailored service. I plan to check out some stores I found in Richmond and Vancouver depiste the travel needed where I hope to build an upgraded set for me. I added one more star here as one person at least answered a question despite the answer being very minimal.

  Great golf expertise and products. Was helped by Ander and he was so kind and professional, I was on a hunt for a specific set of iron and he hunted them down and brought them into the store for me. Would highly recommend

  I live in Poco but wanted to check out the newer location that opened in Brentwood. I went to demo some new clubs as the trade in event is on and I’m looking to find some better fits. I found Jordan in the sim area. He was polite, and ready to help. I put him to work as I’m very picky and wanted to try a few drivers, fairway woods and hybrids. He was very helpful, patient and not pushy at all. He took the time to let me try different shafts, different set ups etc. We worked together to dial in the carry distances I needed to fill my gaps. Now I’m ready to trade in and be ready for the season. Thanks for your time Jordan!!!
